So what you are essentially saying is do not use it for calculator sort of example where the size of CSS needed if using a grid is more. Agreed,but as I said this is an example to help understand if users need to use it .

I still love the visual notation of template areas and it is amazing for website layout and with minimal lines takes care of all screen sizes.I would see that it would be easier to maintain this code vs..float here ,float there.

Rest of things you have mentioned are your personal views and you’ve acquired them over time.Write some articles as to educate people if you want more people to follow them ..instead of let’s say my article or W3schools.
